Ms. Dora Avila Medical Massage Practitioner and CEO/Owner Founder of Muscular Puzzles Therapy Spa in Farmington, CT. A proud mother of her 18 year old son, Noah, and wears many hats. Mother, daughter, business Owner, philanthropist, student, Professional body builder and friend.
Graduate from Branford Hall with over 14 years of experience in her field. Throughout the years Ms. Dora has obtained extensive training, additional skills in wellness and yoga; with a heavy background in holistic medicine. She has researched specific and effective ways to heal the body from the inside out with nutrition, wellness coaching, weight loss and detoxification.
