I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Ms. Dora Avila. I have to say that this massage was in a league of its own. Massage therapy is a significant part of my self care routine and I have tried many different places and people and I feel like after 6 years of searching, I have finally found the perfect massage therapist. Dora has a natural understanding of the body and the muscles and has a technique that demonstrates her experience and skill. I left feeling so loose and relaxed, not painful like can happen with an unskilled deep tissue. She is truly gifted and experienced. She has mastered anatomy and pressure . I honestly don't understand why she is not in Hollywood bc her Level of expertise is just something you don't often encounter frequently. I would 10/10 recommend you book a massage with her.
